Ghana’s capital, Accra, is set to host the inaugural meeting of the newly elected Executive Committee of the Confederation of African Football (CAF) on April 26, 2025, at the luxurious Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City.
The CAF Executive Committee will gather in Accra at 10:00 AM on that date.
This assembly is anticipated to make significant decisions aimed at advancing the development of football throughout Africa at all levels.
In line with the CAF Statutes, the election of the new Vice-Presidents will take place during this meeting. This election not only fulfills a critical governance requirement but also underscores the vital roles these officials will play in the growth of African football.
The meeting will be presided over by the CAF President, who has received strong support for a new four-year term from the 54 Member Associations of CAF. Discussions will cover pressing issues impacting African football, including development initiatives, competitions, and governance matters.
Additionally, the meeting will highlight CAF’s various programs and initiatives designed to promote football excellence across the continent.
