The Deputy Director-General of the Narcotics Control Commission (NACOC), Alexander Twum Barimah, has called on Rev. John Ntim Fordjour, the Ranking Member of the Defence Committee and Member of Parliament for Assin South, to collaborate fully with the Commission and other security agencies regarding the investigations into claims of “suspicious flights.”
In an interview on Tuesday, April 8, Barimah urged the MP to share all pertinent information that could facilitate a comprehensive and effective investigation.
“I would advise my esteemed friend and brother to work with us if he genuinely wishes to uncover the truth behind this issue,” Barimah remarked during the discussion.
He underscored the importance of cooperation in identifying and prosecuting individuals involved in unlawful activities.
“In order to detain or arrest anyone connected to these alleged suspicious actions, he must work alongside us and the security agencies to ensure we obtain the necessary information and take appropriate action,” he further stated.
Barimah’s comments reflect NACOC’s dedication to accountability and its determination to thoroughly investigate all allegations in the interest of transparency and national security.
