Haruna Iddrisu, Ghana’s Minister for Education, attended the esteemed CODEWAY EXPO 2025, an international conference in Rome, Italy, to promote innovative approaches to international development.
The event convenes senior government officials, representatives from international organizations, leaders from the private sector, and civil society members from around the world.
In his remarks, Minister Iddrisu referred to the forum as ‘an essential platform for dialogue and collaboration,’ highlighting its significance in formulating sustainable development policies through innovation, partnerships, and shared experiences.
During the expo, he engaged in a bilateral meeting with Italy’s Minister of Education and Merit, Prof. Giuseppe Valditara, where they discussed the future of education and explored potential collaborative opportunities between Ghana and Italy.
He emphasized that such international interactions are crucial for enhancing Ghana’s education system and aligning it with global best practices.
