The Ministry of Health (MoH) has prolonged the deadline for the submission of proposals regarding the supply and installation of dialysis machines in designated hospitals throughout Ghana.
In an announcement made on Tuesday, the Ministry specified September 16, 2025, as the revised deadline, thereby providing prospective bidders with extra time to prepare and submit their documentation.
The initial call for proposals was published in the Ghanaian Times on Thursday, September 4, 2025, inviting qualified suppliers, vendors, and organizations with demonstrated capacity and relevant experience to present comprehensive proposals.
Proposals are anticipated to encompass detailed technical specifications of the dialysis machines, prior experience with similar installations, after-sales service and maintenance plans, delivery schedules, and a complete cost breakdown, including consumables.
The Ministry has urged eligible companies to capitalize on the extended timeline and ensure their proposals are submitted by the new deadline.
