New Patriotic Party (NPP) presidential candidate Kennedy Agyapong has declared the appointment of Charles Bissue as Campaign Administrator, effective immediately.
In a memorandum distributed to all campaign team members on October 14, Agyapong detailed Bissue’s primary responsibilities, highlighting the necessity for organized coordination and strategic management of campaign activities as the competition for the NPP flagbearership escalates.
The statement indicated that Bissue will be responsible for overseeing all facets of campaign administration, ensuring efficient communication among the various directorates and operational teams.
Additionally, he will handle official campaign correspondence and documentation, process reports and submissions directed to Agyapong, and support timely decision-making within the campaign framework.

Kennedy Agyapong conveyed his confidence in Bissue’s capability to instill “greater discipline, cohesion, and focus” within the campaign, encouraging all team members to fully engage with the new structure.
Charles Bissue, a former presidential staff member and General Secretary of the Inter-Ministerial Committee on Illegal Mining (IMCIM), is a recognized figure within NPP circles and is anticipated to contribute organizational expertise and political acumen to the position.
