The Minister for Labour, Jobs and Employment, Dr. Abdul Rashid Pelpuo, has declared that the government is preparing to launch the Ghana Labour Market Information System (GLMIS).
This all-encompassing digital platform will feature job openings from both the public and private sectors.
The new system aims to simplify the job search process by offering a centralized online space where individuals can discover and apply for available positions across the nation.
He stated that the platform will be introduced shortly and will be available at labour offices throughout the country.
This statement was made during the 3rd Annual General Meeting of the Health Sector Occupational Pension Scheme, highlighting the government’s dedication to enhancing transparency, accessibility, and efficiency in Ghana’s job market.
