The New Patriotic Party (NPP) will have a full set of parliamentary results by 8 pm on December 7, according to an announcement made by the party.
Haruna Mohammed, the party’s Deputy General Secretary, stated that the NPP aims to complete the collation of presidential results faster than in past elections.
We continually enhance our collation system by adding and removing features. A recent test run showed a significant decrease in time compared to the previous elections, demonstrating the success of our system improvements. Rest assured, we have made sufficient enhancements to our collation process.
We conducted a practice run on Saturday and I expect that by 8 pm, when the polls close at 5 pm, we will have a clear idea of which party has the majority.
Haruna Mohammed has declared that the party is well-prepared for the upcoming polls, noting that a trial run has been conducted to streamline the party’s operations on Election Day.
We also need to ensure that we complete all the final details for this campaign.
We also need to ensure that we have all the necessary human resources, including agents in place. As a party, we have combined all of these elements. We have tested out several other systems for use in this upcoming election.
