The National Service Authority (NSA) has guaranteed service personnel nationwide that the disbursement of their September 2025 service allowance will occur shortly, as the required administrative procedures are approaching completion.
In a public announcement released on Thursday, November 6, 2025, and endorsed by Donkor Fuseini, the Deputy Director-General for Finance and Administration, the Authority recognized the numerous inquiries, messages, and grievances it had received concerning the delay.
“We appreciate your patience and understanding as the processes are actively ongoing. The Directorate of Finance and Administration has confirmed that all necessary documentation and submissions have been completed and are currently with the Office of the Accountant-General for final approval and release of funds,” the statement indicated.
The NSA assured all personnel that payment would be executed immediately following approval and reiterated its dedication to ensuring the timely distribution of allowances in the future.
“We value your service to the nation and encourage all personnel to remain calm as we collaborate closely with the relevant stakeholders to resolve this matter promptly,” the statement further noted.
The Authority’s clarification follows several national service personnel taking to social media to voice their concerns regarding the delay in receiving their September stipends.
