Oseadieyo Kwame Effeh has made an appeal to the authority responsible for issuing License to drivers, the Drivers and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA) to add Brain Test when examining a person for drivers license.
Oseadieyo Kwame Effeh speaking on the raise of Road Accidents and how indiscipline drivers are towards road safety measures made an appeal to the Drivers and Vehicle License Authority DVLA to consider adding brain test to the eye test examination.
He believes that many are immature and they needs to be examined.
“I am appealing to the government especially the DVLA to consider adding Brain test when examining drivers for license because many are mad but few are naked. Let examine them, it very sad and worrying the way our dear drivers drive on our highways. He said.
He said this in an interview on his show ( Ekasen Show ) with The Apostolic Church Of Ghana ( National Men’s Movement) spoke person Elder Christian Obeng Boateng and Madam Pearl Adusu Gyasi of National Road Safety Authority.
