The National Investigations Bureau (NIB) has invited the Bono Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Kwame Baffoe, widely known as Abronye DC, to appear on February 26, 2025.
This development pertains to allegations made by Abronye DC against President John Mahama.
According to a letter obtained by Myjoyonline, Mr. Baffoe has been summoned to appear before the NIB to provide evidence supporting his claims.
The communiqué stated that Abronye DC accused President Mahama of withholding GH₵550 million meant for dismissed appointees at the Jubilee House.
Abronye DC made these allegations during an appearance on Accra-based Movement Television, where he also accused the government of corruption in the recruitment and revocation processes.
