The nationwide recruitment initiative for Ghana’s internal security agencies will begin on Monday, November 17, 2025. The Centralized Services E-Recruitment Portal (C-SERP) will open for applications at 12:00 noon.
According to the public announcement, the portal will remain operational until Friday, December 19, 2025. This period allows prospective candidates approximately one month to submit applications to the Ghana Police Service, Ghana Immigration Service, Ghana National Fire Service, and Ghana Prisons Service.
This information was shared by the Minister for the Interior, Muntaka Mubarak, via a Facebook post.
He indicated that applicants must acquire a voucher to gain access to the portal. This can be accomplished through two official methods: by using the USSD code 71303# across all mobile networks or by visiting any GCB Bank branch throughout the country.
The announcement stressed that applicants should clearly indicate which agency’s voucher they wish to purchase to ensure their application is accurately directed from the beginning.
The C-SERP system was established to enhance the recruitment process, making it more transparent, efficient, and accessible for qualified Ghanaians.
The government has reaffirmed its dedication to a clean and equitable recruitment process, cautioning the public against fraudulent activities.
“The government of John Dramani Mahama, via the Ministry of the Interior, Ghana, has disclosed the essential requirements and necessary documents for the 2025/26 centralized e-recruitment process. Applicants are urged to read thoroughly and comply accordingly. 𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐞: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝟏𝟐 𝐧𝐨𝐨𝐧 today,” the minister’s Facebook post stated.
