The Adentan Circuit Court has approved bail for Evans Eshun, commonly referred to as Ebo Noah, in the amount of GH₵100,000, requiring two sureties, one of which must be backed by either a piece of real estate or a vehicle.
The case has been postponed until March 18, 2026, for the subsequent hearing, as confirmed by Emmanuel Sarfo, the attorney representing Ebo Noah.
Eshun, a 33-year-old private security guard, was previously placed in police custody on January 2, 2026, and was instructed to undergo a psychiatric evaluation at a government facility prior to his next court date.
This directive was issued during his appearance before Her Honour Angela Attachie, who had originally scheduled his return for January 15, 2026.
The prosecution indicated that Ebo Noah, via a series of social media videos released between August and December 2025 on platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube under the username @Ebonoah, propagated assertions that the world would face destruction by a flood on December 25, 2025.
In these videos, he claimed to be constructing an ark to rescue individuals from the anticipated calamity.
