The Deputy Electoral Commissioner, Samuel Tettey, has emphasized the importance of journalists verifying information, particularly election results, prior to disseminating it to the public.
During a recent media briefing, Mr. Tettey called on journalists to prioritize accuracy in their reporting.
“We encourage the media to consistently verify or cross-check their information, especially the results they present to the public.”
